No.61 St Stephens Road is a Grade II Listed Regency property in Cheltenham originally constructed c1830 at the height of Cheltenham’s emergence as a Georgian Spa Town.

Leckhampton Builders were employed as main contractor on this project and carried out internal and external renovation and restoration works. In addition to this the building was extended to increase kitchen and living space as well as creating a subterranean garage.

As well as restoring the original features of this property modern building technologies and techniques were also employed such as waterproof concrete and basement tanking system.
