Full strip out of existing operating theatre and subsequent fit out including new fire doors and linings, workstation, Acrovyn cladding to wall surfaces, cap and cove vinyl flooring and pendoc casing all to conform with current hygiene measures.

Extensive mechanical & electrical works including the supply and fit of a new air handling unit.
