Working closely with a renowned local architect and the Local Conservation Authority, Leckhampton Builders acted as Main Contractor on this project to convert a listed Coach House set within the grounds of a Georgian Villa.

The project has married together traditional and modern design incorporating large areas of glazing to create a spectacular home while remaining true to the design and materials of the original building.

The project gained recognition with the award of a Civic Award in 2014.
