Project managed by Leckhampton Builders through the construction phase, including design revisions and value engineering with close coordination with our client and their management team.

In total 5 buildings were included in the project. As main contractor, our full range of skills were on display. We used  traditional and heritage construction methods to restore a dilapidated threshing barn and cowshed to create a stunning ceremony barn and outdoor entertaining area. Alongside these a new bar area, function room, toilet block, commercial kitchen and luxurious bridal suite were constructed.

Significant external landscaping was undertaken to link all the buildings together and ultimately give the client the beautiful Cotswold wedding venue they wanted.
