Thrilled to announce Leckhampton's collaboration with @Cheltcivicsoc and Ryan Farrell on a project to preserve history and foster community in Cheltenham.

Our partnership focuses on converting and restoring Parmoor House into a vibrant heritage hub and community space. Featuring a 100-seat venue, refreshment area, and accessible toilets, Parmoor House will host Cheltenham Civic Society activities and community events. It will also offer office, archive, and meeting spaces for collaborative endeavours.

Additionally, we are constructing four residential apartments on the lower ground and first floors, aligning with the Society's sustainability goals while offering attractive living spaces in the heart of central Cheltenham. ✨

Our restoration projects have been honoured with awards, showcasing our commitment to excellence and we take great pride in our role as corporate members of the Cheltenham Civic Society.

A year on we are very proud to share the progress of Toby Fyfe our Construction Management apprentice from Gloucestershire College.

COACH HOUSE RENOVATION :: we’re thrilled to share that the Phase Two renovation of the Coach House has started for our clients @cotswoldvicarage

A few days before we closed for Christmas last year the team carefully removed the asbestos roof on the existing coach house before we started demolition and groundworks in January 2024.

Asbestos removal is a dangerous job that should only be done by licensed professionals who have the proper training and equipment. If you suspect that you have asbestos in your home or workplace, do not disturb it. Contact a qualified asbestos assessor to have it tested and then get it safely removed like our client!
