Acting as Main Contractor on this prestigious development Leckhampton Builders worked closely with our client & their design team to deliver an ultra-high end and bespoke property in Cheltenham. Attention to detail was the key driving factor for achieving the stringent performance criteria demanded while still maintaining a luxury finish.

The unusual shapes and angles of the building required our specialist experience to ensure the tight tolerances of system build packages could be met at a site level when receiving build elements from all over Europe. Leckhampton Builders took charge of significant design and build packages within the contract framework including the timber frame, mechanical and electrical systems.

Whitewashed Douglas fir ceiling grids, curved Larch staircase built onsite, micro cement floors, knot free cladding, a zinc roof with no verge, hip or ridge detail and cantilevered fireplaces were just a handful of the bespoke elements that were built to create this truly unique home.
